2020 Annual Garage Cleaning Project – Beginning Tuesday, November 3rd

On Tuesday, November 3rd at 9am the CPST Maintenance Staff will begin the process of cleaning the parking garage three floors at a time. This will allow all areas to be pressure washed and wet swept in order to make sure each floor and area receives a very thorough cleaning. In addition to cleaning the garage, Maintenance will also be fixing/re-positioning parking bumpers. 

  In order to effectively complete this thorough cleaning, we ask that all vehicles be moved no later than 8 a.m. on the morning that the corresponding floors will be washed.  If you are not/will not be in town and need your vehicle moved, please contact Donna in the Management Office, at Donna.Sanders@fsresidential.com, so we can assist/coordinate your vehicle move arrangements. 

In keeping with prior garage cleaning project coordination practices: 

There are no assigned parking spaces on garage sweep days for ALL FLOORS.   

  • The only exception to this are the 1st floor vendor/staff spaces, 2nd floor valet spaces and handicap spaces which are still designated and restricted to properly permitted vehicles and valet use only.    
  • Residents are requested to park in any available space on other floors not receiving a wash and must do so without blocking any other vehicles. 
  • Once the cleaning is completed on the floor of your assigned space, please be sure to move your vehicle back in a timely manner to your assigned space(s). 

Parking anywhere only applies during the cleaning periods of: 

November 3rd-5th, November 10th-12th & November 17th-18th 

The garage sweeping schedule, starting on the top floor (8th floor) continuing to the bottom floor (1st floor) is scheduled to be completed as follows: 

8th, 7th & 6th Garage Floors:
Tuesday, November 3rd – Thursday, November 5th
All vehicles will be able to return to their assigned parking spots Thursday, November 5th after 5 p.m.

5th, 4th & 3rd Garage Floors:
Tuesday, November 10th – Thursday, November 12th
All vehicles will be able to return to their assigned parking spots Thursday, November 12th after 5 p.m.

2nd & 1st Garage Floors:
Tuesday, November 17th & Wednesday, November 18th
All vehicles will be able to return to their assigned parking spots Wednesday, November 18th after 5 p.m. 

*Please be sure to verify your assigned parking spot(s) floor location and requested date of vehicle relocation as indicated above*
