We arrived in April and ended up staying until July. Close to the beach, easy walk, and 3 excellent large split bedroom setups for family or shared families. The backyard is fenced so great for kids and dogs….especially with the large pool.

A great stay for 37 days… super location! The house is spread out and very private. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are “wings” of the house with double doors so quiet being separate from the living areas… they each have their own bath. Two living areas have huge/70″ big screen TV’s and there’s a fish tank built in the wall but no fish. There’s a large bar too so a big great-room for entertaining.

The upstairs was my oasis! There’s a winding staircase to a wonderful master suite with a huge bathroom & closet. I worked upstairs overlooking A1A and enjoyed the walkers. The internet was sketchy so I used my personal MiFi. The house is on a 1/2 acre so the backyard is really nice. Sadly, it rained all but 3 days so we didn’t get a lot of use out of the pool but it was maintained weekly along w/the yard. The entire backside of the house is glass so it’s a gorgeous view.

There’s a 7-11 and shopping center 2 blocks from the house on the way to the beach that includes a couple of restaurants that offer live music a few nights a week. There’s also a post office & Wings … a Florida souvenir shop. There’s even a little grocery store w/a meat market also selling the bare essentials.

Roman was wonderful to work with and was there for anything we needed. This was a great working trip and no doubt we will contact Roman again when we come back to Florida. Can’t wait to visit Singer Island again… hopefully next time we can relax & play more!

My family stayed here March 25 – April 1, 2017. The check in/ out process could not have been easier. The property manager and cleaning staff were very responsive and friendly. We found the house to be very spacious and comfortable. The backyard was very nice, including the clean pool, which we enjoyed very much! This property is within walking distance to the public beach, which made it easy to split our time between beach and pool. There is also shopping and dining options nearby. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend this property to anyone.

Thanks to Roman and his courtesy in renting this condo to me, the unit is fully equipped, perfect for one or two people and is literally a super short drive or a nice walk to everything. He was extremely friendly and responsive to any needs that I may have had.

The unit is very close to the ocean, Carlin Park (that has a fantastic 2 mile track for walking and running), Publix, gas station, 8 restaurants (including the Beach Bar onsite within Jupiter Bay, which is poolside, has very good food and a super friendly staff), Harbourfront, Riverwalk, Guanabanas, Jetty’s, Square Grouper, Schooners, Rustic Inn, Jupiter Resort Hotel, the Lighthouse and much more.

Great stay, can’t wait for the next one – thanks again, Roman!

The unit was clean, bright, and well equipped. The pictures of the condo accurately reflect the property. Walk to the beach, close to shops and restaurants, nice amenities on the premises, and very nice and quiet neighbors. The best compliment I can give is I plan on returning in the summer for another extended stay.

This condo is very well equipped and in a perfect location in Jupiter. The pools are nice. It’s about a 1-mile walk or an easy drive to the beach. It’s only a short drive to Roger Dean Stadium, which is important to us St. Louis Cardinal fans who go to Jupiter for spring training. There are nice restaurants nearby the condo which are on the waterways as well as some overlooking the Jupiter lighthouse. Great spot.

This property was well-located, well-maintained and well-stocked. The residence was extremely comfortable.

The lasting impressions, however, were made by the property manager, Roman Fischer! He absolutely was the reason our stay was so memorable.

Roman implemented the procedures from “contract signing” to “move-out walk-through” with such efficiency and attention to our needs and schedules that

there was a minimum of stress or confusion! Rarely is a property manager as accessible as he was. He responded immediately to every phone call, text, and email. What a great introduction to West Palm Beach, Florida area!

The unit was updated, very clean and a great choice for the money. The unit was newly painted and furnished and included an updated kitchen and bath with new appliances. Nice to sip your coffee on the boat dock and watch the activity on the river and nearby intercostal. If you should be fortunate enough to meet the owner (Charley) he will make you laugh and provide you with many suggestions on what to do, and especially where to eat. We liked being by the water and enjoyed our stay very much.

I stayed at the property for approximately 3 months and had an enjoyable time.

Pros of the apartment include:

– Quiet neighborhood, quick access to a CVS pharmacy, and close proximity to a great bar (Frigates), a Publix, Bahama Bucks, IHOP, Jupiter Donuts and an excellent hole-in-the-wall Pizzeria.

– The apartment comes nicely furnished with brand new appliances, and is clean, including free high-speed WiFi and TV with most cable channels available. The full-service kitchen includes everything you need

– The property has good pest control. I had minimal pests over the three months.

– Roman is a great owner to work with — I only had one small problem arise in my three months and it was promptly taken care of with little hassle

– Access in and out of the apartment is quick and simple

Some Cons:

– The property is located a little far away (around 15-20 minute drive) from Jupiter and West Palm Beach, but there is quick beach access just up the road, and North Palm Beach / Juno Beach is a nice area with plenty to offer in their own rights

In summary, I enjoyed my stay. 3 months was maybe a little long, but for a couple weeks, I would recommend a staying here. The price is right, and there’s so much to do around town that the apartment, even if small, provides everything you need to have an enjoyable and worry-free time.
